I also certainly hope they never have the chance to vote for a Winona
Mayor. If the city gets it's hands on Wilson township all the rest of

townships better watch our backs. Winona township was taken, now they
are
after Wilson, who will be next on their list? Whose plans for water and
sewer are they working on now and we won't find out for 2 years? Do I
sound
distrusting?
