I don't really understand what this article is saying, but I did note that it is supported by BCBS MN, so I don't think it is in my interests. My experience is that the big insurance providers are looking out for their investers first, employees next, followed by subscribers and with providers at the bottom of the heap.
Can anyone explain this in plain terms with facts that the average consumer can understand?
