I haven't read through all of the material, but their guiding principles suggest that Winona wouldn't be fertile ground for such an undertaking. We do seem to have a vision for developing the bluffs and valleys in Wilson Township and for bringing big box retail to the Riverbend Retail park, but they appear to adhere to the so-called "new urbanism" ( anti- sprawl ) design philosophy for sustainable development that would fall far short of universal acceptance here.
