To Duane Peterson's question (what if boys had buttons with "I [heart] my penis").  I think an important part of the "Vagina" buttons is that the message isn't immediately clear.  It requires some dialogue to understand that it's a social and political statement coming from the theater piece, that it questions male dominance and female oppression, that it supports women being comfortable and powerful in themselves, etc.  The more typical societal problem is men abusing women - although the reverse does occur - so there is simply not the same crying need for a button saying "I [heart] my penis".

May I suggest boys start wearing buttons with "I [heart] my brain", encouraging dialogue on avoiding binge drinking and drug use that destroys brain cells and more.
