If that is the way the Board of Education
has chosen to construct the questions, I believe they are ensuring the failure
of the referendum. Some will think they are demanding and asking for
too much........ once again.

That's right -- If you vote No on Question #1, you stop and go
home. If you vote Yes on Question #1, you go to both #2 and #3 and make
a decision Yes or No for each -- and then you go home.

A I understand it, You must vote yes for
question 1 first. You cannot vote no for question 1 and yes for question 2
or 3. Is that correct?
