Sorry, part of my previous was apparently in the wrong format...
There were NO other bids for the Lincoln building. The quote is from the Winona Daily News dated 12/19/2003 and shows that after rejecting WSU's bid and receiving no other bids, the school board offered the building to the highest - and only- bidder.
