The City of Winona will appreciate you
willing to trust their judgment on spending the money better based on their
spotless record of cost overruns and General Funds & Port Authority frivolous
expenditures for such things as Blue Herons, Port Chrysler etc. The
wording may leave something to be desired but it is better than the LGA Black
Hole.
I’m vote yes.

transportation
We intend to vote NO on the transportation amendment.
Everytime the state gets more money for roads the majority
of the money/funds is spent on the St Paul and Minneapolis area.
We in rural areas know how bad our roads are and yet I will bet if this passes
our roads will see no improvements.
If we knew the money would be spent evenly per capita
that would be different. But this amendment is worded so that we really
don't know what the state will do.
