[Winona Online Democracy]

I'd be curious to know what have been peoples' experience in Winona since
the Conceal and Carry law went into effect a few years ago? Has anyone had
any experiences in which they felt that the change in law had an impact on
them in our community.

Also, when I was on the school board, we had that controversy regarding
whether the board should modify the "no guns" policy to allow for Saturday
gun safety training. Since I've been gone a couple of years, has there been
any further discussion of that issue? Or has there any impact since the
school board decided not to allow the guns in schools for the training?
