Just deploying AP will not tell you about the other dozen or so
types of users on the band. My paper at:

goes into detail on the other users of 2.4 and the 5.8 GHz bands.
If you really want to do a site survey, you really should be looking
at the site with a spectrum analyzer and even before that, researching
the band with the other users of the band such as part 101, 97 and
74 users.
