First lesson learned - WCS is not built for the virtual world. It will work but be very slow due to Java but you could use it as a backup. (4 WiSMs and 375 APs)
I have had 1 database crash in the last year since we started with WCS. I have set WCS to do a nightly backup of the database. I just uninstalled the product, installed the new and restored the database. No other problems. I also run several other VM machines on the same server as WCS with no problems. Server asl has 4 hour response from Dell. WiSMs will run without WCS - I did an upgrade Tuesday and the restore function did not work - TAC case open. todd Todd Joyce Network Services Radford University - The Smart Choice [EMAIL PROTECTED] (540) 831-7777 Keep your boots and ChapStick and ice hotels.
