We've had good luck with the Cisco patch wall antennas, which are
indoor/outdoor.  AIR-ANT2465P-R, see

9186a008022b11b.html.  We mount a 1240AG access point inside the
building and have buildings and grounds run a short conduit through the
wall and mount the antenna outside, as high up as we can get it.  This
requires a very cooperative B&G department, tho...
