We have 6 controllers, MC5000s and an MC3000, and around 750 AP320s, with more coming into some new buildings. We have been running 11n for over a year and have been extremely happy with Meru. They are moving very quickly on adding new features and every version of software has been better than the last.
If you have any specific questions, I would be happy to answer them on or off the list.
