I have something similar.  The APs function, but no one can connect.
We're also running the 6.0 code and web-auth.  I just have WCS reboot
all of the APs once a week and they seem to work fine then.

We have this exact issue on the first iteration of the 6.0 software. It 
primarily affects our web-auth SSID.

I did some captures of the association and the access point is actually 
denying the client because the 'encryption method' is not supported. 
(none) (I have a .pcap if someone wants it)

TAC has not been able to reproduce or fix yet.
