It is as simple as it could be now. Doesn't require multicast. Just enable the Bonjour snooping option globallly on each controller (off by default), and turn it off on each WLAN you don't want to snoop on (on by default at WLAN level). That's it because there is a default profile that you can use, but apparently now Apple in later ios releases has changed airplay mirroring so you have to add the "AirTunes" service type to the default profile (it is defined but not active) before mirroring will work.
