Rita, as far as your help desk question, we prepared our help desk and
community for this in a few ways.

We've got a daily news letter called Tech Today that goes out and we put
news about eduroam in there:

And I wrote a guide on what to look at and what to do for my help desk. I
redacted a couple things I wasn't comfortable sharing with the group so I
could share the rest out. We use Aruba ClearPass to authenticate people on
eduroam, and have Aruba controllers and AirWave so this guide will talk
about what to look at if you've got all of those. We also make heavy use of
https://cat.eduroam.org/. Feel free to modify this guide I wrote for our
help desk to suit your needs. After I wrote this I'm not sure how many
people called about issues connecting to eduroam, but I never got another
call forwarded to me since I released this.
