I've been using Canopy since last fall, but only in very
rural areas. As of last month, Motorola claimed that there were
about 30K units in the field, with most of those being in urban/dense
suburban areas. I've spoken to several companies doing urban/dense
area deployment of Canopy and they seem pleased with the results so
far.
