So my idea of stacking truck containers sounds about right! ;-)

So here's what we do. Make a corner reflector out of 4 containers, 2
high and at 90 deg. Then build a roof for the space out of a couple more
containers. Site the whole lot on the side of a hill and illuminate it
with a dish antenna 1-5km away. Anyone more or less between the antenna
and the containers gets hit from both sides. They point their antennas
at which ever has the best view.
