If I'm doing the math correctly... Radio speed = 669,600,000 Miles Per Hour 670 million / 60 Mph = 8.96 x 10-8 as fast or about 8 millionths of one percent as fast.
So, at 60 Mph, you're Doppler shifting the radio less than 8 millionths of one percent in frequency. At 2450 Mhz, that would mean that you'd be shifting it by about 2/10th of a Hz and the effective frequency as a result would be 2450.0002 Mhz, if I do the math right.
