AP number 1 running channel 1 - communicates with client AP running channel 1 which is connected with AP number 2 with a twisted pair cable. AP number two should run channel 6 so it doesn't interact with AP number 1. AP number 2 - communicates with a second client AP running channel 6 etc.....
With Firmware version 1.1 - this works ! Firmware 1.01F doesn't work Any wireless client running infrastructure will select the best signal and change between channel 1 and 6 when you move past them........ /Freddy -----Oprindelig meddelelse----- Fra: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]P vegne af Greg DesBrisay Sendt: 22. januar 2003 19:26 Til: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Cc: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Emne: Re: [BAWUG] RE: Looking to extend 802.11b network Don't repeaters have to be on the same frequency as the signals they are repeating?
