The numbers work well for a link. You can use calculators at
YDI (http://www.ydi.com/calculation/som.php) to show that a
link will work (or not work) with whatever power & antenna
you have.

However, technically, 200 mw Radios into a 24 dBi antenna
would not likely be legal. 200 mw is 23 dBi, and with the 24
dBi antenna, you're transmitting with 47 dBi, which is over the
legal limit. Of course, you'll also loose a bit in cables and
connectors depending on where your radios are, but if your
radios are up the tower and wired directly to the antennas,
then you'll be over limit.

My recommendation would be to use YDI's great calculators
to figure out what's legal and will work well. :-)
