Charles,

Standard 802.11, 802.11b
has no timing problems ...
However is BUGS of realization 802.11b in firmware,
for amending this BUGS are necessary purchasing KarlNet e.t.s...
....
Now I have 36km link, mode Infrastructure (802.11b),
11M@~400Kbyte/sec...
if I download usual firmware with BUGS, then 11M@~5Kbyte/sec...

Are surprising to see usual two 802.11b_PC_card,
one has limitation 6km and other 20 km :-[]]]]

and to hear about problems " 802.11b... timing problems "
