Well, you are the second person, besides Patrick, who confirmed this point of having 
an "informed opinion".  Even Patrick noted
that the FCC is likely to enhance Wi-Fi and not do anything to potentially slow it 
down, this after I don't know how many years
that he was preaching just the opposite (IMHO, he was just trying to sell more of his 
own stuff, i.e. he was biased (prolly still
is, but like I said, I have no friends, so I never hear from him anymore.)).

Jim, I need some stuff that you have access to, drop me a note offlist.  Seems you 
never have time to respond (or maybe my spam
