throughput, so why are they encouraging people to sit around for an hour
at a time? Or is this a drive-thru thing? Buy one happy meal and then
sit in the car park for an hour catching up on email.
It means, people may buy an extra shake to sit down and drink while
they are checking their email.
There is no end to the benefit of keeping customers in an establishment longer and/or more often.
If people know McD's has email access, they may hit it every day or every other day for lunch, rather than going to some other place.
