I understand how he feels, though. It is frustrating to have to sit around and listen to stupid people, particularly when they're provably stupid (it's not just an opinion) and there are *so* many of them. Perhaps his rhetoric tended to close to invective, but his *point* is well taken: there are scientific ways to prove the assertions being made, and it's incumbent on *the accusers* to make use of them. If they're not willing to back it up, they shouldn't say it, and the press shouldn't cover them. But it sells papers.
