Hi,
Does anyone know what the name is of the tiny antenna connector commonly used on mini-PCI cards? I mean the really small connector where the plug looks like a piece of bent metal on the end of the antenna pigtail.
There is a slightly larger connector use on some mini-PCI cards which I think is MMCX.
Thanks,
Please look at http://www.hirose.com/display_new_products.asp?npid=8
and the catalog page picture at http://www.hirose.co.jp/cat2002e/300/e32119372.pdf
for the Hirose type U.FL connector.
This may be the one you refer to.
It is also used in Linksys WUSB12.
This connector is delicate and is designed to be terminated only by machine.
