We have bought an excellent solution for bandwidth control from Infomatik. May be you step back because the website is in brazilian portguese since it is a brazilian company but you can get complete english information from info_AT_matik.com.br, website is http://info.matik.com.br The solution is cheap, rock-stable and is running for us seamless and without any maintainance costs over two years now. There is no license thingy so you can put so many remote stations you want into it.
