No need to apologize Rick, you're doing the community a favor
by warning us about this. These guys have a BAD attitude, there's
no call for a response like that, no matter what the problem is.

If you're a Linux user check out

Fot the past 3 years I've been using iptables on a box with 
6 ethernet cards connected to the Internet plus 5 internel subnets.
and routing between all networks. Haven't had any need for 
bandwidth management but I can vouch iptables is a good utility, 
lots of online help, and it's free.
