The last FCC agent I talked to, actually knew how to use e-mail and knew about searching list archives. Maybe nobody cares, but when you shove it in their face and/or make the pickings easy for them, they just might. My suggestion is, if your going to break the law, even if you don't agree with it, don't announce it on a mailing list.
