i like that idea. have the contract read that replacement of the equipment for whatever reason incurs a minimum trip charge of $75 or buy insurance @ $4 a month.

What about charging a maintenance fee?
It could be a surcharge to your service like the RBOCs add DSL fees and inside wire maintenance.

Has anyone looked into getting asset insurance?
