Kurt, if you bothered to read, you'd realize your question is stupid. They are interesting, but I have to see the cost of the AP, etc, before I get real interested.
I see the big dishes, but around here, that's a negative, because we get some strong winds now and then, and it's a pretty bad windcatcher. Not to mention, $100 is downright absurd, for what you get. My current 5 ghz clients are all 3.5 miles or more. If the ap isn't too costly, so that it can be used for small cells ( under 20 clients), I might be interested. Still, it's no substitute for what I'm putting up. Just cheaper client. The lack of routing at the customer end is a problem, as far as I'm concerned.
