Travis: The FASB or Financial Accounting Standards Board provides FASB Standards for accountancy and valuations. For example, FASB established accoutancy valuation standards for wireless equipment manufacturers. So if serious you can officialy submit a technical inquiry here:

My company Chevron Corporation is a big backer of GGU so that's where I studied when I worked at Chevron Energy before wireless.
