Thanks Scottie. Long term margin target is 45%. Remember, that that is gross, not net. No one is getting rich here and this quarter marks a return to GAAP profitability after a long, long fight back up from the dotcom bust. We still have a ways to go to reach our goal of 10% operating profit.
While that margin number might sound high to you Scottie, keep in mind that we invested in R&D over $13M last quarter and had sales and marketing expenses of over $13.5M -- and these are the sorts of percentages of revenues that WISPs will never have to see for such things (and most of our competition is investing at much lower levels).
