By chance does your company or one of your upstreams use Cogent? If so, you may want to be aware that Cogent depeered Limelight and WV Fiber recently both of which are heavy content distributors.
We are peered with both Limelight and WV Fiber. We pull a lot of traffic from them, so the move by Cogent caused some serious distribution.
