In our area, Edge Wireless is a regional cell company (actually a subsidiary of AT&T). They have 90 towers in my coverage area. We tried once to get on one of their towers. It was a 3 page application that had to be submitted along with a $3,000 application fee (that was NON refundable). Needless to say, we never submitted the application.
