Mark, Thanks for your report. I'm sorry that FEMA does not seem to be focused on meeting the real needs that people have. On the other hand, I'm sure that the FEMA lockdown did a good job of keeping Al Quida terrorists from potentially entering the disaster area to cause trouble.
