Sure 1 person can support 600 subs. The problem is 1 tech can't be in two places at once. It requires a minimum of two techs, and for efficiencies, preferably 3. And what happens when thereis a global outage, and all 600 subs needed responded to at once? These are the factors that startup forget about. Ifyou already have 600 subs, it takes very little to support them, but to build 600 new subs, its a lot more time and work. And you got to pay your guys before thesubscriber count is where it needs to be.
