Does anyone know if there is a process/procedure at the commission that citizens can engage to get a tower owner to change their lighting? There is a new cell tower in my area (rural) that has white strobes that is impacting the viewshed in the area. I know that the owner can amend their EA, but that's about it. The neighbors are asking me what can be done and I honestly don't know. Any pointers much appreciated.
