Tower lighting is Regulated by the FCC, and I don't think they will change the way they regulate towering lighting.

There is a new cell tower in my area (rural) that has white strobes that is impacting the viewshed in the area. I know that the owner can amend their EA, but that's about it. The neighbors are asking me what can be done and I honestly don't know. Any pointers much appreciated.
