We have never been able to get 20mbps realworld out of a 10mhz channel w/Ligo, or any OEM style unit. I'd say you are being a bit on the optimistic side, or talking best case lab testing.
What I will say is, Ligo was my winner for best "Hardware" package. They make it solid, from case, to MB, to Pigtail.
