I don't know about that. I've found it faster to avoid/resolve interference 
in unlicensed, than I have in Licensed.
In Licensed, you don't just have the right to change, and you DO get 
interference in Licensed, and required to spend time working with others to 
reach resolution.
Anytime you rely on others, its going to be a slow resolution.  The beauty 
of unlicensed, is the freedom to take action.

As far as getting 100mbps and Unlicensed togeather, well thats a different 
arguement, and nothing I'd ever try.
