Ther are always the generic products.... SugarCRM, Salesforce.com, Goldmine. All good products, to maximize sales rep's processes.
However, I'd like to see a product that integrates into a WISP operations system, with opportunity management, easilly converting to orders for provisioning. I believe Intrameda's Boss has some features for process flow engineering, which I bet potentially could integrate into sales automation?.
