MikroTik :) So the only change you made between the hut and up on the tower is changing what the other end of the poe was and the line up the tower. This means your switch, poe, or the lines have gone bad.
I'd replace the poe and patch cable first (and the switch if that is what it is in). If the problem still exists the only likely possibility is the line up the tower.
