Bob is one of the most professional that I see on the lists, and he is always freely giving of good sound advice, espically when it comes to towers.
I suspect the furor over him calling a loser a loser is a bit misplaced. I understand his agravation. And your right about the deposit... Giving it back would be the wrong thing in my book.
