My first advice is ditch the amp, not necessary and most likely illegal power. You can get what you need out of the minipci card.
You will want to purchase from US distributor, search for RB411 and you should have plenty of options, best one probably close to you so you get them quickly prices are roughly the same everywhere. Titan Wireless is an excellent source of Mikrotik Product and they are good to work with.
