First radio Tranzeo CPQ15 second was a Ubiquity NS2. I never noticed a signal fluctuation.

Does the signal strength stay at -57 or does it fluctuate? On MT gear it's very easy to identify it as you'll see -55 for the most part, then -70 for a quick moment. I'm assuming you're using Canopy here - watch the alignment tool page (I suggest having it refresh every 3 or 4 seconds) and see if it jumps around.
