In our situation, if it's something that is "natural causes" (trees, lightning, squirrels, etc) that affects our equipment we fix it for free. If we get out there and it is nothing with our equipment, or we find out roofers did it, weedeater did it, anything that was caused by careless human hands we charge them a one-time $50 service call fee.
