Didn't know the atom boards even had PCI-E
Who makes the Network card?
I know we have a few of the intel 4xgige cards and they work great with 
mikrotik.

Travis,

If the machine is USB or CD bootable boot up a Linux live cd and see if
works.  If it does you know MT is the issue.
