I do know that one GM at a telco cooperative was making $180,000 per 
year(supposedly close to the the highest if not the highest paid GM of a rural 
telco cooperative, just because he was elected NCTA's incoming president. <

inside sources and my ability as a cooperative member to ask for such records, 
which they turned over to me, yet reluctantly. He then retired within two 
years. Anyways, I compete against his former company day to day.
