Sorry to reply to my own thread.... To add:
While he was GM of NCTC and under the ownership of the said company, he gave a million dollars for a computer company in the town, YES I SAID $1,000,000 for a computer company in a town of a population in July 2008: 4,426( now I need to state the population may have been bigger or smaller at that time because this happened around circa 2000). It became North Central Computer Technologies < http://web3.userinstinct.com/40019409-north-central-computer-technologies-inc.htm >. Oh, did I forget to mention that the owners of this company before it was bought by NCTC, happened to be a close friend or relative of Rowland? The computer operation has since been sold to another company as it was losing money. This was after they built them a $300,000 building in Lafayette. Under his direction before retirement, they also gave $500,000 for a local security company. It is still in operation : < http://www.ncss.nctc.com/ >. My reason for stating all these facts is: where is the Fed's when all this bull**** went on? I personally contacted the TRA(Tennessee Regulatory Authority), the RUS (Rural Utility Services), and the FCC and NOTHING was ever done about it. Now talk about some crazy spending and the government not controlling their sheep!
