It is often tough for a local bank to make a loan for towers, at least one that values it correctly. Bankers for the most part do not understand the industry.
Now, if someone has a contract where a cell company is leasing space, that can be converted to cash quickly. (Like JG Wentworth says, Its your money, and you want it now!) Leases can be sold on terms to work with your operation. Don't take your organs to heaven, heaven knows we need them down here!
